DESCRIPTION:This event will take place on May 2\, 2025\, 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Segra Park\, located at 1640 Freed Street\, Columbia\, SC 29201. This on-site hiring event will provide a select group of MEBA partners with the opportunity to interview and hire graduating high school students who are prepared to begin a full-time career after graduation in late May/early June. \n\n \n\nThis is NOT a career fair.  This on-site hiring event will include a select group of students who will be in attendance from high schools in Fairfield\, Lexington and Richland County school districts.  \n\n \n\nOnce again\, MEBA has been working with educators to identify students and assist them in preparing for this opportunity.  These students do not have plans to attend college or enter the military after high school but choose to begin a career. Many of these students possess a baseline of employability skills and credentials to enter the workforce after graduation.  To be most efficient in aligning your workforce needs and job postings with student skills and credentials\, it is important to register your organization and take a few minutes to upload your company's website\, mission/overview\, application link\, job postings\, etc. As we move closer to the event\, you can edit and add to that listing. \n\n\n\nClick here to register your company to participate in this event
