DESCRIPTION:Dear Construction Industry Partner:\n\n \n\nPlease consider hosting a student or a group of students for the upcoming "Construction Industry Job Shadowing" event on February 27\, 2025\, 8:00 - 2:00 p.m.  This event is vital for students considering a career in construction as it gives them exposure to the real world and allows them to observe and engage in the construction industry first hand.  \n\n \n\nTo register your business\, please click this link and fill out the on-line form.  Registration is open through February 13\, 2025.  MEBA will work with the Building Industry Association of Central SC\, NAWIC\, Carolinas AGC\, ABC Carolinas and other industry partners to coordinate job shadow placements on a first come first serve basis\, taking into consideration the student's regional location and area of interest (HVAC\, carpentry\, etc.). \n\n\n\nYou will receive your student roster and school point of contact via email beginning Friday\, February 21\, 2025.
