2021 IRC Building Codes Class

The State of South Carolina is moving from the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) to the 2021 IRC on January 1, 2023. Take this class to get a thorough review and explanation of the significant changes to the International Building Code and the adopted South Carolina Modifications. Students will receive handouts on changes to the code from the instructor and are encouraged to take notes.

* 2021 IRC books are available now but do not include SC Modifications. The book with modifications will be available in January 2023. Students taking this class can choose to add a book to their class registration  when it becomes available. Make that selection on the registration page.
