2021 IRC Building Codes Class
The State of South Carolina moved from the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) to the 2021 IRC on January 1, 2023. Take this class to get a thorough review and explanation of the significant changes to the International Building Code and the adopted South Carolina Modifications. Students will receive handouts on changes to the code from the instructor and are encouraged to take notes.
