BIA Economic Forecast and Fish Fry

Join us for an economic outlook followed by a good old-fashioned fish fry! We'll start off with the Housing Outlook with Shaun McCutcheon of Zonda. Shaun will give us a data-driven view of the current housing market and a look at what's to come for the rest of the year and into 2026. Following his presentation, we'll have a panel discussion with members in various fields to learn what they're seeing this year and what they see coming in the months ahead.
 
Following the Housing Outlook, we'll move directly into the BIA Fish Fry. This event features freshly fried catfish and all the fixin's plus open bar and live entertainment. It's a great way to network with fellow members in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

All members are invited to attend the Housing Outlook and/or BIA Fish Fry at no charge. Guests and non-members will be charged $45 each.

 *  About Shaun McCutcheon: For the past decade Shaun has specialized in real estate market analysis and financial feasibility for commercial and residential consulting assignments across the US, with a concentration in the southwest US and Mexico. Prior to joining Meyers, Shaun was an analyst and project manager for John Burns Real Estate Consulting, the Sullivan Group and the London Group. Shaun graduated with a B.S. from University of California, San Diego with a background in economics and urban studies and planning.
