SMC Members, real estate agents and Realtors are invited to this Know & Grow lunch meeting to learn more about the on-going building material supply issues that are effecting home building and pricing of new homes. We will have an expert panel to discuss the many different facets of this problem from lumber shortages/prices, appliances, labor shortages and other contributing factors.
Our Panel includes - Mike Satterfield, CEO of Great Southern Homes, Charley Weir, General Manager of The Building Center, Zeke Riddle, Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty, and Rick Todd, CEO of SC Trucking.
