SMC September Quarterly Meeting

* The SMC Quarterly Meeting will be held in conjunction with the Midlands Real Estate Forecast presented by the BIA of Central SC and the Central Carolina REALTORS Association.

The annual Midlands Real Estate Forecast features guest speakers Robert Dietz, PhD, Chief Economist and Senior Vice President for Economics and Housing Policy, National Association of Home Builders and Mark Vitner, Managing Director and Senior Economist for Wells Fargo. Attendees will get an in-depth look at local housing economics and hear insights and forecasts from our esteemed guests.
