Please join us in seeing what our Build On Your Own Lot builders have to offer. If someone has their own land and wants to build, many of our Builder Members can work with them. Each builder varies as to their process and what it entails -  some have existing plans for the buyers to select from, others can help with custom plans. This approach allows the buyers to have the best of both worlds and experience new construction with either production or custom builders. Learn how it this works with five BIA Builders Members in this fast-paced, 30-minute session.
 
 
CCRA Members will earn 1,000 Circle of Excellence points by attending the full session AND there will be door prizes at the end as well.
