What's New in the 2018 IRC?

This three hour class will cover the significant changes from the 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) to the 2018 IRC as well as discussing the South Carolina State Modifications that have been approved.

While focusing on Chapters 2-10, several items in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical chapters will also be addressed. The 2018 IRC is effective as of January 1, 2020. Any building permits issued after January 1 must comply with the 2018 IRC.

This course meets and has been approved for 3 technical hours for Certified Master Builder continuing education.
