Jeff is a local real estate expert, property sales and marketing specialist, and REALTOR® with Live Oak Real Estate. He is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. From 2019-2022, Jeff was awarded multiple REGAL Awards for best overall advertising campaign and best use of social media from the BIA Sales & Marketing Council. In addition, he was voted Best Real Estate Agent in 2018, 2019, runner-up in 2020 by readers of the Free Times, and was nominated for Best Real Estate Agent in 2021 and 2022 by readers of Columbia Metropolitan Magazine. Jeff is the founder of Columbia Connectors, a local nonprofit, supporting Columbia as a resource for genuine business and community connections.
