Owner, R. L. Willm Jr. has been building and remodeling houses for over 30 years. Born in Surfside Beach, SC, Lee moved to Columbia SC in 1993. He has been remodeling homes in the area since then.
He also consults for clients on upcoming projects. This includes remodeling ideas, additions and service calls.
