I'm Karen Yip, the driving force behind Yip Premier Real Estate, Yip Property Management Services, & The Referral Company. Since 2003, my career in real estate has been marked by a commitment to excellence, earning me the title of a certified residential specialist & a reputation as a consistent top producer in Columbia, SC. My entrepreneurial spirit is best exemplified by Yip Premier Real Estate, which I founded in 2013. This was a pivotal year, as I embraced the role of broker-in-charge, launching a company that would set new standards in the industry. The same year, I initiated Homes 2 Harvest Hope, a testament to my belief in giving back, which has since provided over 750,000 meals to those in need. Our latest innovation, The Referral Company, reflects a forward-thinking approach to real estate. It offers a streamlined platform for licensees to generate referrals, optimizing the intersection of efficiency & service in the industry. My dedication to the community & the real estate sector extends to my service as a commissioner on the Richland County Planning Commission & as an active board member of the South Carolina Realtor Association, the Central Carolina Realtor Association, & the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
